Kathryn Brittain

Kathryn Brittain graduated in December 2017 from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Kathryn was previously a post-baccalaureate fellow at the National Institute of Health, where she studied the Vpr accessory protein of HIV, a lentivirus causing AIDS in infected individuals. Kathryn is interested in the Microbiology and Molecular Genetics program through the BMS Gateway Program at MSU and is interested in pursuing host-pathogen research.
